Refund, Cancellation & Privacy Policy

Refunds and Disputes: All payments to Mountain View Internet are fully refundable if requested within 7 days of  purchase. Web hosting can be cancelled at any time and refunds will be pro-rated. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred.

 

Account Cancellation: Requests for canceling accounts may be made in writing with at least 10 days notice but not more than 60 days prior written notice.

 

Mountain View Internet's method of cancellation is via the members section of your Mountain View Internet account. Please log into the members section at http://mountainviewhosting.com/support/clientarea.php? and you can request to have your account cancelled there.

 

You must have all account information to cancel. Without these information the account closure will not be completed.

Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
 

Denial of Service: Mountain View Internet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

 

Privacy Policy: Mountain View Internet values our customers' privacy. No information submitted by a buyer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.
